As Fuel Partner for F2 and F3, we are helping test lower-carbon fuels that could inform the development of lower-carbon passenger vehicles fuels.
Putting fuels to the test
With 52 cars competing across F2 and F3, every lap delivers insights into the performance of our lower-carbon solutions.
By testing under intense race conditions, we’re discovering the potential of lower carbon fuel blends that align with the FIA’s vision of net-zero carbon motorsports by 2030.
These solutions are designed to be compatible with existing engines and infrastructure, with few modifications.
Accelerating the remarkable
Together, we’re progressing at speed.
- In the 2023 and 2024 seasons, Aramco supplied a lower-carbon fuel blend containing 55% sustainable biomass components, in line with FIA technical regulations, for all 52 cars. This fuel also played a behind-the-scenes role in F1: The Movie, powering the cars driven by movie stars Brad Pitt and Damson Idris.
- In 2025, we’re supplying FIA-compliant 100% Sustainable Fuel to all 52 cars, showcasing capability to support intense, high-speed racing.
