Pioneering Spirit
During World War II, a small team in Dhahran carried the responsibility of maintaining operations under challenging conditions.
In 1941, our workforce in Dhahran was reduced to a small crew, amid the conditions of World War II.
Operating facilities and ensuring safe, continuous operations became this crew’s top priority.
Displaying innovation and tenacity they overcame a shortage of resources.
Through cooperation and solidarity, the crew endured difficult conditions and maintained production and essential infrastructure.
They later became known as The Hundred Men, laying the foundation for our post-war expansion.
