We aim to create an inclusive workplace that removes barriers and empowers colleagues of all abilities to help turn their ambitions into reality.
Why am I smiling? This is my genuine and natural smile.
My name is Moath Al-Thuwadi. I am a cost engineer.
My name is Bushra Alshaikh. I work at Aramco’s Leadership Center in Ras Tanura.
My name is Abdulkareem Alhassan, writer and editor in Aramco’s Corporate Communication Department.
Several of my articles have been published on Aramco-affiliated platforms, like Alqafilah, Aramco’s website, and social media channels.
I joined Aramco in 2021. My work involves project management. I oversee a variety of projects related to safety and pipeline operations.
I’m proud to be part of the founding team of Ability Group and a member of its board of directors.
Aramco’s strategy for empowering people with disabilities was launched as part of a company-wide philosophy that values the importance of participation and inclusion for every employee.
Working in the Corporate Communication Department allows me to share my voice and be heard.
Regarding my disability, I was involved in an accident in 2009. During my treatment sessions, I held on to the hope of joining Aramco, and thankfully, that hope became a reality.
One of Aramco’s leaders once told me, “You have great potential. You are ambitious, and I can see a strong future ahead of you.”
My disability became a driving force for me.
My advice is simple: keep going, tackle every challenge head-on, be generous, and make the best effort to achieve your goals.
My professional role within the Company, and my community role outside it, come together with one shared goal: empowering people with disabilities across the Kingdom.
