My name is Abdullah Al Sama’a. I am working as a Shaybah security shift coordinator.
Keeping safe means fulfilling our mission to protect people and assets, especially in a strategic site like Shaybah.
As security, our vision is to make Aramco the best place to live and work, and that starts with safety.
For me, it's a daily commitment to leadership, vigilance, and earning the trust placed in us.
I was inspired by Aramco's reputation for excellence and national impact.
Shaybah by being one of the most vital hydrocarbon fields to present, both challenge and purpose.
I saw it as a place where I could contribute meaningfully and grow as a leader.
Working here pushes me to stay sharp, lead with integrity, and protect a facility that plays a key role in the Kingdom's energy future.
