Aramco is establishing a central corporate archive, the Aramco Archive & Records Center. We want retired and current employees to help us build its foundation collection. This is a wonderful opportunity for all Aramco staff, past and present, to contribute to the important legacy of our company. We urge you to get involved.

Q: What is the purpose of this campaign?
A: Aramco’s Archive Memorabilia Campaign aims to gather important historical material from retired and current employees to establish a comprehensive corporate archive. This collection will preserve the rich history and legacy of our company, that you helped to build, for future generations.
Q: What types of materials are you looking for?
A: We are interested in:
- Company documents
- Publications
- Photographs
- Memorabilia
- Videos and films, including TV3
- Diaries
- Photo albums
- Awards
- Personal items connecting you to the company
- Items reflecting the company’s history and operations
We also want to collect any items that reflect the company and its connection to the Kingdom and any item that you believe contributes to our corporate history is welcome.
Q: How do I know if my items are suitable for the archive?
A: If you have any material related to your time at our company, it’s likely suitable. This includes items like company newsletters, photographs of company events, old manuals, promotional items, awards, etc. For a full list of potential donations see the “Suggestion List” below at the end of this page.
Q: How can I donate items to the archive?
A: As an employee you can donate items using our internal post, or Aramex, at no charge to you. The Archive Team will contact you to advise which service is most suitable after you fill in the contact form. As a retiree, we will collect your donation via DHL at no charge to you. Again, the Archive team will contact you to advise on how to use this service once you fill in the contact form.

Q. Will donating items cost me anything?
A: There is no charge to you to take part in this campaign. Delivery of donations will be covered by Aramco via internal post, or Aramex, or via DHL for external post.
Q: Will I receive any acknowledgment for my contribution?
A: Yes. All contributors will receive a letter of thanks, and we will acknowledge donations in our permanent archive records. If you wish, we can also list your name as a contributor in relevant publications.
Q: Can I donate items anonymously?
A: Yes, you can. We respect your privacy and will honor requests for anonymity in donating to our archives.
Q: What will happen to the items once donated?
A: Donated items will be:
- Carefully catalogued
- Preserved and in time made available to Aramco employees and the general public through the Aramco Archive and Records Center.
- They may be used in corporate exhibitions and displays, historical research, and educational materials to showcase our company’s heritage.
Q: Is there a deadline for donations?
A: We encourage donations as soon as possible, but there is no strict deadline. Our campaign is ongoing to ensure we capture as much of our history as we can. We would encourage you to act now, to take advantage of the free internal post, or free shipping with DHL.
Q: Who can I contact if I have more questions?
A: All information to do with the campaign will be posted on this webpage. Once you have filled in the contact form as part of this campaign, a member of the Archive team will be in touch to discuss your donation. Once your donations have been received, you will receive an acknowledgement of this.
Terms and conditions
- By taking part in the campaign, you authorize Saudi Aramco, or its designated agent, to contact you regarding this campaign.
2. By donating material as part of this campaign, you transfer to the Aramco Archive & Records Center, and its successors, all rights to possession, dominion, and control of said donation, including, if applicable, any inherent copyright in your donation.
