My name is Saud Assaf. I work under the Academic Programs and Partnerships Department.

I would say the most important thing Aramco gave me is that it gave me the support I need.

It gave me the opportunity to transform from someone dependent on my family to more of an independent person, both career-wise and in my personal life.

After finishing my master’s degree, I started looking for career opportunities.

My twin brother, who actually started working at Aramco before me, one day he contacted me and asked me, “Why don’t you apply for Aramco?”

I thought, “I’m not qualified.”

But then, during my job research, I thought, “What’s the harm?”

And then, after a while, I actually got accepted.

If I happened to meet someone who was a person with a disability that aspires to be an Aramco employee, first and foremost, is that have faith in everything, like your capabilities, your qualifications.

Nothing can stop you.
