My name is Ramla Al-Mohsen.
I studied in American and graduated from Gallaudet University with a major in business administration.
The day I graduated, my mother told me to apply to Aramco. I was excited when the company hired me.
At Aramco, technologies enabled me to connect with others, such as video communication, which helped me converse with colleagues. I also try to teach others how to use sign language.
Aramco supported me through many development programs, not only on the professional and academic levels, but also by developing my interpersonal skills.
Since I joined Aramco, my managers and colleagues have helped me communicate, assisted me at work, and supported me in everything I tried to achieve.
