Aisha Al-Shehri, manufacturing technician at Roseyar Factory

As my day begins, I make my way to the factory, arriving at 9:30.

We are provided a complete schedule. Based on it, we process the orders and begin production.

After completing today’s product, the liquid soap, we start filling it into designated bottles. The bottles are then sealed and sent for packaging.

After that, the products are labeled with a production and expiry date before finally being transported to the warehouses.

When I first heard about the initiative, I visited the factory to learn more about it.

My candidacy exam involved two stages: one theoretical, and the other practical.

Today, I am one of the manufacturing technicians at the factory.

Upon becoming part of the initiative, I was able to establish myself in terms of education, and began taking courses.

Perfumes captivated me, and from there on, my passion for them grew stronger. I aspire to have my own brand one day.
