Corporate Affairs’ PDP Town Hall encourages employees to shape the future

Aramco's Corporate Affairs recently organized a Town Hall meeting for more than 60 employees enrolled in its Professional Development Program (PDP) as part of a comprehensive engagement initiative.

The event enabled PDP participants to share their ideas — through presentations from various departments and open discussions — about enhancing their own professional development and shaping the business. Past and present PDP employees shared experiences and advice.

The meeting concluded with a speech by Khalid K. Al Mulhim, senior vice president of Corporate Affairs, in which he expressed his happiness and pride in meeting the group of promising young people, and highlighted the pivotal role that awaits them in shaping the future of Corporate Affairs. Al Mulhim urged them to take the lead in their own development plans, including through building strong relationships with colleagues across the company.

Al Mulhim, who spoke with participants, said: “Wherever your work assignment is, make sure to seize the opportunity, take advantage of the knowledge and experience of your colleagues, and never hesitate to express your opinions and actively participate. Each of you has the initiative.”

PDP participant Marwa Al-Shoshan said: “It was an excellent opportunity to listen to colleagues who have successfully completed the PDP, or who have come a long way in the program. I found their advice and opinions to be very helpful.”
