Supply chain professional wins Young Talent Award
Mohammed Y. Al-Rebh’s technical expertise and contributions in materials management and supply chain optimization earns accolade.
Aramco supply chain professional Mohammed Y. Al-Rebh won the 2023 Young Talent Award, Middle East and North Africa, which recognizes the most influential up and coming talents in the procurement industry.
Al-Rebh was recognized by the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), which defines standards and best practices, and is recognized as the awarding body for the profession.
Al-Rebh joined Aramco’s Materials Services Department in 2015 upon graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management. He is passionate about using analytics and innovation to solve complex supply chain challenges. His technical expertise and contributions to the profession — particularly in materials management and supply chain optimization — earned him the award.
Materials Services director Tariq A. Al Turairi commended Al-Rebh for his accomplishments, as well as his technical knowledge and project leadership skills.
Al-Rebh is no stranger to recognition. Examples of his recent accomplishments include the publication of a paper in The International Journal of Supply Chain Management and the filing for a patent relating to his work.
