Southern Area employees recognized for long and distinguished service
Southern Area Production Engineering and South Ghawar Gas Producing departments jointly celebrate long-serving employees.
The Southern Area Production Engineering Department (SAPED) and South Ghawar Gas Producing Department (SGGPD) jointly celebrated employees who have completed 25, 30, and 35 years of service with Aramco.
The ceremony at an al-Hasa area hotel was attended by Southern Area Oil Operations senior vice president Khaled A. Al Buraik and other members of Aramco management.
SAPED director Mohammed A. Atawi and SGGPD director Ahmed A. Al-Adba expressed appreciation to employees for their dedication, excellent and safe service records, and hard work and contribution over the years.
Al-Adba said: “Your actions have supported us to reach new heights and achievements over the years. We are so proud of your accomplishments.”
Each awardee received a trophy presented by Al-Buraik and Southern Area Gas Producing vice president Abdulmohsen A. Al-Mukhaild. Also in attendance — and sharing in the celebrations — were the family members of a number of the award winners.

35 years: Shaker A. Buhassan.
30 years: Sameer A. Al-Eisa, Hassan I. Al-Tammar, Mohammed N. Asiri, Abdullah A. Al-Saeed, Abdulaziz S. Al-Zain, Abdullah S. Al-Dossary, Abdullah M. Al-Hajri, Abdullah M. Al-Jamaan, Hezam U. Balhareth.
The retirement of Abdulrahman K. Al-Mulhim after completing 40 years of service was also celebrated.
