Over the last eight years, iktva has not only become a model for supply chain resilience, but also a powerful enable for companies establishing a footprint in the Kingdom.

A major factor in iktva’s success is local talent, which is driving innovation and supporting these companies’ ambitions.

To help sustain this growth, our 16 National Training Centers offer programs in more than 60 fields, helping to supply the domestic market with the skilled workforce it needs.

Over 48,000 men and women have graduated from these institutions to date, with almost 14,000 in the past year alone, and the number is set to rise.

Today, 63% of our supply chains are driven by local content, and we have seen a 70% increase in workforce localization since iktva began.

Working together, our shared journey becomes clearer, and the added value to be created has no limit.
