What is iTask?
“iTask” is an in-house Human Resources (HR) system fully developed by SAOO MDD. The system is designed to automate hundreds of HR processes in SAOO, including training, task evaluation, job certification, reporting, notifications, and other vital tasks. The system focuses on Aramco’s needs, utilization of technology, a performance-based dashboard, and management involvement. The system has been adopted by other Aramco organizations outside SAOO.
“When MDD started iTask as an innovative system in SAOO, we were after reshaping and streamlining the current and future development of our workforce as our greatest asset,” said Abdullah M. Haddad, Business System analyst and one of the key personnel behind this achievement.
“Winning the Brandon Hall Excellence Award is a significant testimony that we are taking the lead in developing and running best-in-class human capital automation that supports learning, training, certification, and overall development of our workforce. This award doesn’t only reflect our dedication to enhancing the future of work at MDD as a division; it also reflects the positive environment we enjoy at SAOO, and the vision of Aramco that boosts digital transformation, innovation, and creativity,” said Abdullatif M. Odail, SAOO superintendent of HR Development.
“Motivated by this wonderful achievement, we aspire and strive to win more national and international awards and accreditations in the future,” added Odail.
