Jazan celebrates Ramadan sports champions

The 2022 Ramadan Sports Tournament in Aramco's Jazan community concluded April 19 with an awards ceremony designed to celebrate and recognize the champions and runners-up in each of five categories.

The categories included:

• Soccer
• Basketball
• Tennis
• Volleyball
• Cricket

The ceremony was attended by members of the Jazan Refinery Complex management and more than 700 spectators. To complement the event's vibe, Community and Office Services prepared the venue with food cart stations serving traditional Jazani food and drinks.

The ceremony started with the soccer championship match between the Milan Team and Jazan Refinery Complex Security Team. During the half-time break of the championship match, winners of the other sports competitions received recognition from management.

In the soccer title game, an intense battle saw Milan outscore Jazan Scurity 2-1.

The event concluded after the game, with awards for the best player, best goal keeper, the runners up and the champions for the soccer competition.
