Aramco’s In-Kingdom Value Add program continues to help build strong relationships with suppliers worldwide.
Some of those numbers include:
- More than 540 new investments worth over $7 billion from over 35 countries
- 30% average annual increase in services and goods from contributions by local suppliers
- 30% annual growth in training and development of local workforce
- 16 academies established with more than 80 partners to provide training in more than 60 fields.
Iktva is a journey
“The numbers speak for themselves. Since we launched iktva, the program has contributed $100 billion to our local economy, creating tens of thousands of jobs,” said Aramco president and CEO Amin Nasser. “That progress would not be possible without our partners, who are helping us build a ‘Made in Saudi Arabia’ supply chain.”
