Get ready for the main event by exploring the Nine Dimensions of well-being through short, engaging digital activities (from September 27 to October 7 on Aramco LIFE) designed to encourage reflection, build healthy habits, and inspire positive action.

7:45-8:30 a.m. — Arrival experience: Registration, refreshments, and photos

8:30-8:35 a.m. — Welcome message by the senior vice president of Human Resources

8:35-9:10 a.m. — Dr. Taryn Marie Stejskal: (30 minutes plus five minute Q&A) Stress, Rewritten: How to Flourish Under Pressure

9:10-9:35 a.m. — Salma Almufti: (20 minutes plus five minute Q&A) Behind the Smile: The Conversations about Mental Health We're Not Having

9:35-10 a.m. — Alexander Bell; (20 minutes plus five minute Q&A) Thriving in a Hyperconnected World: Reclaiming Well-being across the Nine Dimensions

10-10:15 a.m. — Refreshment Break (15 minutes)

Act 2:  Experience the Human Story

10:15-10:40 a.m. — Hussain Abbas: (20 minutes plus five minute Q&A) 40 Days to Discover What Really Matters: Lessons in Endurance, Mindset, and Human Connection

10:40-11:05 a.m. — Dr. Kenae Black: (20 minutes plus five minute Q&A) Redefining Strength: Burnout and Support at Work 

Act 3: Take It Back to Work

Eight buses will be available to take participants to the event. Each bus holds 48 passengers. Morning departure commences at 7:45 a.m.
